What it is
The Melbourne academy I co-founded with Alex in November 2024. Group and private coaching for adults and kids across four venues (Altona North, Melbourne CBD, Mount Waverley and Clayton), plus corporate and school programmes. Rough early months, then break-even, then profit, and a known name in Melbourne table tennis inside our first year.
My part in it
Co-founder. I run the tech, finance, admin and legal side, and the SEO that brings organic inquiries in every week; Alex leads operations, coach rostering and sales. We both coach, and we both do B2B outreach for corporate and school partnerships.
The thinking
Target user
Adult beginners and improvers across Melbourne who think they started too late, parents wanting structured junior coaching, and offices after a social sport that everyone can actually play.
