Eight apps, shipped.

All designed and built solo in 2026 with an AI-assisted workflow I designed, and a lessons log that keeps each one compounding into the next. Live instances hold my real data, so case studies stand in for links; demos happily given on request.

Week of Claude Maxing8 apps · 3.5 weeks · self-taught

Every app here was designed, built and shipped in about three and a half weeks of self-teaching on a Claude Max plan, maxing out the weekly limit twice. Ideas I had carried for years, always thinking "if I could code, I could make this". When the tools caught up, I finally could. That is the part I still find a little unbelievable.

Pip

A JARVIS-style assistant that actually runs my day.

Calendar, tasks, habits, goals and notes scattered across apps, and admin that drains the energy real work needs.

SEO Graph

My own SEO lab: keyword graphs to client-ready reports.

Agency-grade SEO tooling is expensive, and almost none of it treats AI search (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) as a first-class citizen.

GymMate

A local-first gym tracker that knows what you did last time.

Standing in the gym not knowing what to do next, while subscription trackers drown the basics in features.

Also automated

Beyond the apps, small automations that quietly remove admin from my week.

Morning brief

daily · 7:45am

Pushes a digest to Discord and email: what I missed and what needs attending, suggestions for planning the day, plus tech news from TechCrunch and Melbourne news from ABC.

PATT schedule sync

daily · midnight

Pulls the class schedule from Wix, updates a master Google Calendar, and sends each coach a notification and calendar invite. The right data rerouted to the right people, with zero admin after a one-time setup.

PATT finance cross-check

on demand

A dashboard I built for Peak Agility: drop in a CSV of the latest bank statement and it tags spending into financial categories, cross-checks income against the sessions we delivered, and preps the numbers for tax time.

A pipeline that turns a topic into an on-brand Instagram carousel for Peak Agility Table Tennis: Claude Code drafts the angle and slide copy, then it publishes through Blotato, orchestrated on n8n or Trigger.dev.
